As a Brand Ambassador you will brainstorm, and implement creative marketing strategies for driving customer growth, value, retention in alignment with product vision. You will be responsible for creating more impactful experiences with our brand through creative marketing in offline marketing campaigns.
- Run campaigns such as in-store or street team promotions, product sampling, special events, leafleting, and building product displays.
- Plan and complete field marketing campaigns.
- Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
- Document and share lead/customer intelligence with leadership.
- Create awareness for a company's service or product, interacting with customers to listen to their feedback and developing new ways to market products.
- Have a positive impact on customers about the brand.
- Track and report key performance indicators and objectives and key results.
- Ability to track, prepare reports, review and present data to stakeholders
- Seeks feedback on projects, planning and strategies
- Implement marketing campaigns across Social Media, Field and other necessary avenues
- Participate and recommend strategies in brainstorming sessions to improve efficiency in marketing
- Participate in community engagement activities both in person and online (if necessary)
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote brand awareness and generate leads
- Build relationships with local community organizations, businesses, and influencers to foster partnerships and collaborations.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, addressing concerns and inquiries effectively
- Conduct regular outreach activities, such as door-to-door visits, phone calls, or email campaigns, to reach out to potential customers
- Collect and analyze data on community engagement and sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and sales teams based on community interactions and needs
- Identify, qualify and contact potential ambassadors
- Review marketing objectives against targeted KPIs
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows or product launches.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
