Mars Electric is hiring a Branch Warehouse Associate to work out of our NEW Youngstown branch! This position involves general warehouse tasks such as fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness. Additionally, it includes replenishing inventory at customer locations while fostering positive relationships with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs general warehouse duties – pulling product for customer orders, organizing multiple items on orders, and double-checking orders.
- Helps keep Branch Warehouse organized – performing cleaning as required.
- Assists to unload trucks and put away inventory.
- Travel to customer locations to replenish inventory under VMI while operating company vehicle in a safe manner observing all traffic regulations and job site rules.
- Establish excellent working relationships with all customer jobsite personnel ensuring questions and concerns are promptly and courteously resolved.
- Keep company vehicle clean and in proper working order including performing a daily vehicle check and communicate with Logistics on any operational and/or maintenance concerns.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate with the customer, sales reps, and managers in a professional manner.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook for email.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
- Ability to communicate with the customer, sales reps, and managers in a professional manner.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, RF scanner.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb, lift, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- 6 months warehouse experience in receiving, production or shipping preferred.
