Job Description
We are seeking a Branch Manager to run operations of our San Jose branch! You will be responsible for the effective management and safe operation of your assigned branch office.

Responsibilities
- Performance & Quality:
- Working with the supervisors to accurately track branch performance
- Support resources in the field to deliver quality expectations
- Ensuring alignment and accountability between the Area, Branch and Corporate
- Building innovation and efficiencies in Branch capabilities
- Sales:
- Support Business Developers and Account Managers to bid and deliver sales
- Operations:
- Correct understanding and execution of contracts
- Ensuring proper use and care of all branch equipment and vehicles working with mechanic and supervisors
- Effectively communicating and driving organizational change
- Ensuring resources, (tools, talent and equipment), are effectively allocated and deployed across the Market
- Personnel:
- Identifying staffing needs and ensuring completion of proper paper work for changes and hires
- Guiding the training and development of team members, reviewing and developing growth plans
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures; administering discipline as need
- Providing leadership and support to the Branches with respect to employee engagement, safety, compliance, talent selection and development
- Safety:
- Implementing methods to improve workplace safety and maintain a stellar safety record
You might be a good fit if you have:
- Previous experience in branch management in landscape maintenance, or other related fields
- Strong knowledge of common operations practices
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Safety OSHA 10 certified (required completion of course on job start)
- Pest control QAC license
- Arborist license (nice to have)
