Position Overview: As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch’s operations.

Your key objectives will include:

Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to achieve their full potential and exceed targets.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability. Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationship with clients and partners.
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations resources and compliance with regulations. Implement best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Employee Development: Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, skill development, and career growth. Provide coaching and performance feedback to your team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in international shipping and logistics related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or a related position.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Solid understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
