With over 35 years of experience, Columbia Title offers comprehensive title and escrow closing services to real estate professionals, buyers and sellers throughout Indiana. We are looking for a talented Branch Manager for our location in Frankfort.
Our Branch Managers conduct real estate closings and finalize transactions to ensure that all necessary deed and mortgage documents are complete and handled appropriately.
This position requires relationship development that results in business for our company. Three plus years of experience in the title insurance industry, real estate or mortgage banking is preferred. The candidate must be able to acquire a Resident Producers license from the Indiana Department of Insurance upon hiring.
COMPENSATION & HOURS:
Hourly wage will be commensurate with experience. Paid vacation and holidays. Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
