SalaryThis position embodies our WTB culture by focusing on the customer experience. You’ll manage the branch ~ that means you’re our ambassador in the community, developing talent on your team, and providing an array of products and services to meet the needs of your customers.
Location: Nampa Branch - 2200 N Cassia St, Nampa, ID 83651
Branch Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm. Schedule may vary, must be flexible.
The opportunity:
- Provide professional financial advice, guidance and solutions
- Provide overall direction for the branch sales and service delivery
- Manage customer base to meet bank goals, strategies and initiatives. Ultimately responsible for all regulatory and compliance activity within the branch including overseeing of the branch audit
- Directly conducting coaching, training, human resource functions and staff development activities
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and customer service skills

- We provide training and a road map to ensure our managers successfully navigate WTB customer experience, coaching and career development.

Pay Range: $29.43 - $44.15
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Nampa, Idaho. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
