Branch Manager

Job Statement

The primary objective of this position is to oversee all aspects of the designated branch location. The role requires delivering personalized customer service to each customer and working closely with the sale team to seize business opportunities and achieve success. The individual in this position should be at ease communicating with people, prioritize maintaining high safety standards, and have a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office for administrative tasks.

• Supervise the branch Operations Associates, ensuring adherence to company policies in all operational functions
• Address customer requirements by fulfilling local equipment needs and providing effective solutions
• Monitor and assess the Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement for the designated branch, ensuring alignment with established plans
• Maintain open communication with the Regional Vice President, seeking assistance and addressing special issues or problems as they arise
• Manage relationships with local repair vendors, including negotiation of pricing and fleet readiness
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, encompassing temporary tasks aimed at supporting team members, maintaining operational success, or ensuring facility safety.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required
• A college degree is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the transportation field is necessary; preferred 7 years
• A minimum of 3 years' management experience is required; preferred 5 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Comfortable, engaging with customers face-to-face
