- Direct the installation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure achievement of objectives of the program
- Ensure that the documentation of services provided is accurate and timely
- Maintain an effective budgeting and accounting system that promotes the health and safety of the patients
- Authorize the purchase of supplies and equipment
- Ensure adequate staff education and evaluations
- Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction survey reports on all clients served
- Be responsible to ensure the use of the 4Ms (What Matters to the patient, Medications, Mentation, and Mobility) and provide Age-Friendly Care
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Must maintain a driver's license and good driving record
- At least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience in home health care or related health program (hospital, nursing facility, or hospice, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing
- Experience in HomeCare HomeBase
