Qualifications:You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Leading projects which have the responsibility for preserving affordable multifamily housing; AND
- Interpreting or advising on policies and regulations relating to multi-family mortgage finance programs either in the loan origination and project development process, or by writing policies or procedures for a housing/mortgage project or program; AND
- Managing the multifamily underwriting and credit approval process by coordinating due diligence for lending opportunities including market analysis, financial analysis and valuation; AND
- Serving in a senior staff position in an office or demonstrating leadership experience in connection with the underwriting of multifamily mortgage loans.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
