In this role you will be hyper focused on growing the studio's connection with the community while developing your elite training staff to grow their clientele and increase retention through quality and extensive programming. Sales experience is required.
Our Compensation:

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 70+ studios running and 340+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community.
