Bottled Water Sales Representative

Job Description:

As a Bottled Water/Cooler Sales Representative at Culligan by WaterCo, you will play a pivotal role in meeting customers' drinking water needs by analyzing their requirements and delivering compelling sales presentations to secure new accounts. Your responsibilities will extend beyond merely executing sales; you'll be instrumental in generating leads, leveraging company-provided leads, and utilizing marketing support to cultivate and expand your territory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of customers' water consumption patterns and preferences to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
3. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
4. Utilize your expertise as a seasoned sales professional to effectively close deals and meet revenue targets.
5. Serve as a proactive problem solver, addressing customer concerns and offering viable solutions.
6. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of one year of demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
• Exhibit proficiency as a hunter, closer, and marketer, showcasing your ability to identify opportunities, seal deals, and promote products effectively.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in generating leads and expanding territory.
• Display strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for building rapport with customers and overcoming objections.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including basic software applications.

Compensation: 

Full commission sales, estimated annual earnings between $68k-100k+

Travel: 

• Travel required, vehicle provided. 
• Territory based sales covering as far south as Eugene and as far north as Vancouver.
