Join ServiceMaster Restores Sales Team! Qualified candidates will be responsible for selling disaster restoration services to commercial businesses within a defined service area. Qualified candidates will have proven experience in Business-to-Business Sales.

What the job looks like - Job Description:
- Manage accounts to maintain current service revenue streams and generate new revenues from the sale of our services.
- Handle all aspects of client relationships and the sales cycle, including sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management, and providing support as needed.
- Prospect route territories for clients who may require emergency restoration services in the future.
- Qualify and cultivate a territory of consistent referral sources across various industries and revenue streams.
- Present ServiceMaster's services, inquire about clients' current emergency services processes and partners, and close sales to establish partnerships with ServiceMaster.
- Prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities simultaneously while nurturing ongoing business partner relationships.
- Research and identify qualified businesses to secure Pre-Loss Agreements.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by continuously enhancing sales techniques and relationships.
- Generate leads through research, calls, presentations, and referrals.
- Participate in Business Networking Groups to expand sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, office visits, and meetings.
- Address any customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Keep customers informed about the restoration process and schedule.
- Submit activity reports as required.
- Develop effective sales techniques and share insights with the team.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Are a team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have outstanding customer service, communication and organizational skills.
- Consistently provide strong and effective client support and communication.
- Have strong prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills.
- Can create and present information excellently, and accurately respond to questions.
- Provide consistent and thorough follow-through.
- Base Salary - $3,500/month + commission
