Bookkeeper/ Payroll/ HR Assitant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and enter all credit card transactions into QuickBooks and ensures transactions are categorized correctly;
- Reconcile accounts and books to ensures books are consistent with PO data.
- Prepares pay by verifying time records and reviewing all weekly field tag hours
- Process staff applications and employment forms
- Assist staff through hiring and onboarding process
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a bookkeeping/accounting role
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written to all levels of management and customers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook and Word
- At least 1-year experience with QuickBooks, at least 1-year experience with Accounting
- Extremely high attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
