Bookkeeper/ Payroll/ HR Assitant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and enter all credit card transactions into QuickBooks and ensures transactions are categorized correctly;
• Reconcile accounts and books to ensures books are consistent with PO data.
• Prepares pay by verifying time records and reviewing all weekly field tag hours
• Process staff applications and employment forms
• Assist staff through hiring and onboarding process

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a bookkeeping/accounting role
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written to all levels of management and customers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook and Word
• At least 1-year experience with QuickBooks, at least 1-year experience with Accounting
• Extremely high attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
