We are seeking an experienced senior level bookkeeper or accountant to manage our accounting and use QuickBooks Online the fullest potential.

This position will be expected to be able to work with QuickBooks Online, outsourced CPA and 3rd party applications.

Responsibilities

• Format data in Excel for import and export purposes;
• Track, manage, and complete tasks and projects.
• Expertise with A/P, A/R and banking.
• Use multiple applications to work through your day, and use them effectively;
• Be present, reliable, and reachable by Owner during the work day;
• Set up new company files in QuickBooks Online, workflows using knowledge of accounting;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' heavy QuickBooks on-line experience;
• 3+ years' demonstrated as full-charge bookkeeper or accountant;
• Heavy Excel experience, including Lookup and pivot table functions;
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance appreciated; High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of GAAP appreciated;
• Reliable, kind, and professional demeanor;
• Detail-oriented;
• Skilled in time management;
• Ability to stay on tasks and provide tangible results with minimal supervision;
• Demonstrated experience working with small to medium QuickBooks clients
• Bonus points for experience in project manager or property management.
