Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, human resource tasks, payroll and 1099s, ordering supplies, and vendor management for our company. This role also backs up customer service and the graphics department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records by reviewing bank and credit card accounts
- Manage, approve, and monitor credit applications for terms customers
- Create purchase orders and enter invoices for payment
- Monthly check-ins with Accountant
- Process weekly payroll
- Perform remote deposits and record ACH payments
- Compute and process monthly commissions and royalties
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Develop budgets for various departments
- As necessary post job listings, screen candidates, and reference checks
- Process new hire paperwork and healthcare benefits
- Personnel and sales representative management
- Data entry and administrative duties
- Supply ordering and tracking
- Inventory and website management
- Monthly and weekly management reports
- Answer telephone and emails from customers, sales representatives, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years previous bookkeeping experience required
- Experienced QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be an initiative-taker

- Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to wear multiple hats
- Zoom Meetings
- Familiarity with various software
- Adobe, Go-to-Meeting, Showcare, etc.
