We are a Local that is located here in Lee County and is growing with other possibilities. We are looking to hire a part-time Bookkeeper for long term position for our growing company.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and deep knowledge of QuickBooks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for Flexible hours and who would love to work from home occasionally!
Job Responsibilities:
Account Reconciliations including bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
Have a strong attention to detail.
Microsoft Office Proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Communicate with managers and office staff. Dependable including an on-time attitude that meets the demands of being a team player.
This position will be responsible for performing other various administrative tasks as well.
Candidate must know QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Projects!
Experience Requirements:
Accounting: 2 years + (Required)
QuickBooks Online: 2 years + (Required)
Bookkeeping: 2 years + (Required)
Schedule: Monday through Friday!
HOURS: Part Time (10- 20 Hours per week) and can be flexible schedule!
Salary: Negotiable
