Bookkeeper

Starting in the mid 1990's, RAMM Rock & Landscape Supply has proudly provided landscape materials to many businesses and communities spanning more than five counties in Northern California. From general contractors to hobby landscapers, we have the products that keep our customers excited to build bold landscapes.

Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis
- Ability to perform accurate 10-key typing and data entry
- Familiarity with technical accounting concepts and practices
