Mackin Educational Resources Warehouse Department is now hiring Book Shelvers and Order Fulfillment Employees. These positions are Full-time and Part-Time, Year-Round and Seasonal
Responsibilities
- Our Book Shelvers and Order Fulfillment employees are responsible for accurately scanning and shelving books in our warehouse, along with pulling books from our warehouse shelves using pick lists.
- Great attention to detail and ability to follow directions are required in order to assure books are placed in the correct order.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and grab repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Able to push / pull roll carts containing books.
- Able to read, understand and perform written and oral instructions.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
Shifts
Day Shifts: Five days per week (M-F). Starting time at 8am. 6 or 8-hour shifts. 30 to 35 hours per week for PT. 40 hours per week for FT. **Strong preference for FT employees for day shifts.**
Evening Shifts: Three to five evenings per week (shifts on weekdays). Starting time at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm. Ending time at 9pm. Minimum of 20 hours per week. 20 to 35 hours per week for PT. 40 hours per week for FT.
Starting Hourly Rate:$17.20
