We've been in business for over 27 years here in Las Vegas, and we are looking for someone with general Book Keeping and office admin skill sets. There will be many opportunities for growth and career advancement. In addition to Book Keeping being the main role, there will also be call taking and assisting with dispatching. There will also be email correspondence with clients and vendors.

- Must have min 3 years experience with general accounting, receivables, payables, job reconciliations, and time sheet reconciliations.
- Preparation of financial statements is not done by this position, but will assist CPA subcontracted by company.
- Able to pass drug test / background check.
- Work well with people.
- Team player.
- Some overtime and on call duties at times.
- Must have experience with Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, general data entry, phone and email etiquette.
- Answer phones in professional manner.
- Assist with routing and dispatching of technicians.
- Correspond with client and vendors via email in professional manner.
- Assist with inventory counts and tracking.
- Assist with preparing and presenting quotes to clients.
- Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 (Some flexibility ok), Saturday everyone once in a while in summer.
