- Process Labor
- Maintain new user setup in Deltek T&E and assignment of charge codes
- Ensure data maintained by the Labor function is kept current, accurate and complete
- Perform reconciliations and process timesheet corrections
- Respond to timesheet inquiries and resolve discrepancies as they arise
- Interface with other teams as necessary, including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Finance
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures and job aids related to labor
- Develop tools and templates that facilitate process improvements
- Generate reports for management, as necessary
- Participate in other accounting projects as directed by management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills which allow for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting
- Ability to communicate in various formats (e.g., draft policies, job aids, emails)
- Ability to multi-task, organize priorities and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work with a diverse and geographically distributed team
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- High School Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional corporate environment supporting the accounting department
- Experience in government contracting with a publicly traded company a plus
- BS degree in a business administration field a plus
- Deltek Costpoint experience a plus
