Our client, a leading Westchester Law firm, is looking to hire a Bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will report to the partner to ensure accurate records and reports for the organization. The candidate for this role is mature, extremely trustworthy person, who exercises good judgment and discretion and understands the importance of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records for the business.
• Make sure all business taxes are up to date.
• Keep up with bookkeeping tasks.
• Keep accurate financial records.
• Follow bank regulations to ensure business operations remain secure.
• Know all accounting software.
• Maintain and organize books and records.
• Place entries in the general ledger, trial balance and subsidiary ledgers in an accurate and timely manner.
• Organize the financial records.

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)

• Office

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mount Kisco, NY 10549: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
