Our Executive Chefs are highly skilled, creative leaders who lead our teams by example. Demonstrating a consistently high level of quality and execution in every dish, and developing new menu items utilizing a variety of local and seasonal PNW ingredients, handmade pastas, as well as classic regional Italian products are key aspects of the Executive Chef position. We are seeking passionate, dedicated Chefs to join the ESR team. Bombo Italian Kitchen is an exciting new concept from Chef Ethan Stowell featuring wood-fired pizzas alongside fresh-made pasta and an Italian menu highlighting the fresh and seasonal ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. With a central location at the base of the new Convention Center in downtown Seattle, Bombo will cater to a dynamic and varied clientele including local as well as national and international visitors
