We are a brand new restaurant opening up on Roosevelt Row. Currently looking for prep, dishwashers, and line cooks!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, safety, and hygiene
- Support catering events by assisting with set-up, serving, and clean-up as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food preparation setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
