Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000/ Year!

Hours: Shop hours 7:00am -6:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Assists Painters with wet sanding, buffing, and polishing.
• Fill small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces to prepare
• vehicle for painting.
• Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.
• Works and communicates with the paint team on vehicle status. Perform quality
• repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Performs quality prep work, (using abrasives, solvents, brushes, washing tanks,
• tape, masking paper, etc)
• Disassemble, clean and reassemble sprayers and power equipment
• Participates in all required safety meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in buffing required
• Strong automotive background
• Able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment and deliver high quality
• work.
• Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs
• Self motivated
• Previous experience in an Auto Body Shop required
• Able to work on any size repair Must be able to work with a team
• Must be able to work with a team
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must be 18 or over
