To support this goal, we have a career opportunity for a Body Shop manager to join our first-rate service team.

In this important role, you will:

Oversee productivity, safety, customer relations and sales; ensure customer has a positive experience.

Create collision estimates and deal directly with customer and insurance companies; develop and maintain good working relationship with Insurance Companies.

Maintain overall production and quality control; distribute daily work flow and verify quality of completed work.

Oversee documentation of all repairs performed and material inventory.

Manage auto body technicians and department recruiting and hiring.

Maintain employee performance and work quality through training, counseling, planning, monitoring and appraising employees.

If you have the following skill sets and qualities – we would like to invite you to an interview:

• Two years of experience as a vehicle body repairer or apprentice preferred

• A team player who enjoys collaboration with others

• A desire to grow professionally and continuously improve

• A clean driving record

• Knowledge of automotive insurance company direct repair procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
