Body Shop Foreman/Production Manager

Production Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Collision Center Production Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of the collision center production team, including all body repair technicians, painters, detailers, etc. You will manage the vehicle repair from start to finish to ensure the timely delivery of customer's repaired vehicles with the highest level of quality. Specific duties include:

• Effective direction of daily work activities, meeting and exceeding all KPIs.
• Maximizing the use of all available resources to ensure the department runs in the most efficient manner.
• Maintaining and practicing the highest ethical and professional standards
• Identifying opportunities for reducing waste/inefficiency or improving quality.
• Exploring opportunities to manage, coach, and develop production staff.
• Actively promotes and strives for high morale and teamwork within and with all other departments.
• Interpret, understand, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintains a personal demeanor consistent with the Sunset Auto group culture, contributing to a positive, supportive work environment for all employees of the dealership.

Production Manager Qualifications:

• Collision team management experience, dealership experience preferred
• Proven track record of strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to oversee efficiency of a department and make adjustments and improvements
• Computer proficiency and estimating experience, CCC one experience required
