Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Foreman to lead our team in a paint Body Shop specializing in truck. As the Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the paint Body Shop operations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and motivate a team of paint technicians and body repair specialists to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.

• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of truck painting and body repair projects.

• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

• Inspect work in progress and final results to maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with leadership to optimize shop performance, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• 
  Proven experience in automotive painting and body repair, with a focus on trucks.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team in a rural setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.

• Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving to address challenges in a timely manner.
