Body Shop Estimator - Germain Collision Center

The Germain Collision Center/Body Shop is currently looking for an experienced Estimator.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
• Reviews repair cost estimates with customer and insurance company.
• Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
• Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor. Professional dress in a neat and business-like manner.
• Must be able to work with techs and painters closely throughout the repair process.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• CCC One and CDK experience is a plus.
• Prior automotive experience is not required but may be a plus.
• Bilingualism is not required but can be very helpful.
• Valid Ohio Drivers license is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test and motor vehicle report is required.

Hours: Monday - Friday
