Body Shop Estimator

Responsibilities:
- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles in the Body Shop
- Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and create accurate repair estimates
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding repair estimates and approvals
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of repair orders, estimates, and invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries

- Order parts and follow up the delivery

-Follow up to payments issued to vehicles

-Other tasks assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role is Must
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in using computerized estimating systems and software - Mitchell, CCC, etc
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and upsell additional services
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating repair costs

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
