```Duties```
- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles in the Body Shop
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify all necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates for customers and insurance companies using CCC and Mitchell
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
- Mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and necessary repairs
- Experience as a mechanic or in a related field is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with shocks, struts, tire service, brake repair, and transmission systems
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell additional services or products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate estimates and thorough inspections

Pay: $72,175.00 - $90,033.00 per year
