Body Shop Estimator

POSITION SUMMARY

Millennium Auto Group is looking for a dynamic Body Shop Estimator with a proven track record of optimizing financial performance and driving profitability within the automotive industry. The role will be primarily responsible for assisting customers throughout their auto repair processes while leveraging a comprehensive understanding of Body Shop repairs and dealership operations as well as handling writing repair plans and ordering parts for the dealership pre-owned cars. The individual in this role should strive for results, remaining committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing revenue.

```Duties:```
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for repair costs
- Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding estimates and repairs
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools, CCC is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Automotive repair: Comprehensive understanding of automotive repair processes and techniques
- Auto estimating: Ability to accurately estimate repair costs based on damage assessments

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
