Body Shop Estimator

```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing and estimating the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles. If you have a strong background in automotive repair and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Write accurate estimates
- Communicate with customers during the repair process and estimated completion time
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed according to estimate
- Maintain detailed records of all estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and obtain necessary approvals
- Check in vehicle

- Order all parts for vehicle

- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Schedule customer appointments

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs based on damage assessment preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $27.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Day range:

• Monday to Friday

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Shreveport, LA 71129: Relocate before starting work (Required)
