Body Shop Customer Service Representative

Surf City Collision Center is seeking a full-time Customer Service rep for our fast-growing, high-volume Body Shop.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greet customers as they arrive in an efficient, professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system to receive incoming calls.
• Answer questions, inquiries and take thorough messages.
• Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, vendors, insurance companies, and customers.
• Call on assignments and confirm insurance coverage.
• Open Repair Orders
• Update customers and Insurance companies with repair statuses.
• Deliver vehicles, collect payments and signatures on all necessary paperwork.
• Promote superior Customer Service through company culture.
• Assist with filing duties and other administrative tasks, as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
• Adhere to all current dealership processes
• Other duties as assigned by the Body Shop manager.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass pre-employment test such as background and drug test.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Strong written/oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be punctual and have solid time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
