Auto Body Shop Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate party.
• Update customers and Insurance companies with repair status.
• Open repair orders.
• Deliver vehicles, collect payments and signatures on all necessary paperwork.
• Call on assignments and confirm insurance coverage.
• Complete and assist in miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Strong written/oral communication skills
• Experience in the collision repair industry preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
