Schedule:
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $16.00/hr.
Serve as primary contact for insurance companies.
Take photos of vehicle damage and collect customer information.
Monitors the performance of all body shop metrics.
Create purchase orders
Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
Directs marketing plans and schedules regular contacts to encourage business.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Facilitates the timely shipping and receiving of parts and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
