A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Call Center Representative in Redlands, California. The all Center Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Call Center RepresentativeCompensation

  • The pay for this position is $17 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Call Center Representative Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is a 8 hour shift Mon-Fri between 8:00am and 8:00pm EDT

Call Center Representative Responsibilities

  • Provide call center based technical support to store locations, vendors and staff.
  • Serve as first level for troubleshooting of issues encountered in stores.
  • Assure implementation based protocols are met.
  • Render assistance for equipment troubleshooting and ensure deployment process adherence.
  • Update Database regarding resolution of issues and techs progress while completing work with in the store.

Call Center Representative Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year work experience needed
  • A Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must have strong troubleshooting skills coupled with diagnostic, and problem solving skills
  • Supervisory skills are an asset but not a requirement Must possess clear, accurately and tactful, communication both verbally and written Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access Understanding of Intermediate/Expert technical terminology is preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and occasionally lead within a group Technical installation experience a plus but not necessary
