Constellations Behavioral Services is actively looking to add the right Board Certified Behavior Analyst to our stellar Family Services Team. We are committed to investing heavily into professional development and clinical support. This is a full-time (Monday-Friday) position with daytime hours servicing our preschoolers in our Early Intensive Learning Center in Nashua NH. Our BCBAs enjoy relatively small caseloads, within fun and supportive environment.
Job Summary
The BCBA is responsible for:
- Assessing, developing, managing, and evaluation of progress on treatment plans for a small caseload preschool-aged clients.
- Maintaining all documents and authorizations in accordance with insurance regulations and insurance standards, as well as with strict adherence to the Applied Behavioral Analysis dimensions and BACB Code of Ethics at all times.
- The BCBA is also responsible for building relationships with clients and their families throughout their interactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, manage and evaluate progress on treatment plans for clients.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians assigned to their caseload and ensure program fidelity.
- Maintain all documentation and authorizations in accordance with insurance regulations and insurance standards.
- Supports ongoing training initiatives to ensure industry-best outcomes for client treatment and care.
- Maximize authorized services with available resources, which may include use of telehealth services.

Education and/or Experience
Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to communicate effectively to common inquiries or complaints from clients.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism in its most difficult phases.
