Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and intervention strategies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
- Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Ensure all treatment plans comply with contract requirements, insurance certifications, and professional standards.
- Provide training and supervision to ABA Therapists, RBTs, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates.
- Establish and maintain data measurement and collection systems.
- Deliver consultation services to school districts, private schools, and outside agencies.
- Conduct clinical support meetings and participate in parent meetings.
- Stay current with continuing education requirements and HIPAA compliance.
- Dedicate 30 hours per week to insurance-approved billable hours.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field from a BACB-accredited program.
- BACB certification for Applied Behavior Analysts.
- Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices, including ethical standards.
- Ability to work with technology, including ACE ABA Data System.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with strong time management abilities.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $72,000 - $75,000 per year
- KRA Bonus: $10,000
