Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and intervention strategies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ensure all treatment plans comply with contract requirements, insurance certifications, and professional standards.
• Provide training and supervision to ABA Therapists, RBTs, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates.
• Establish and maintain data measurement and collection systems.
• Deliver consultation services to school districts, private schools, and outside agencies.
• Conduct clinical support meetings and participate in parent meetings.
• Stay current with continuing education requirements and HIPAA compliance.
• Dedicate 30 hours per week to insurance-approved billable hours.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field from a BACB-accredited program.
• BACB certification for Applied Behavior Analysts.
• Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices, including ethical standards.
• Ability to work with technology, including ACE ABA Data System.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with strong time management abilities.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $72,000 - $75,000 per year
