Job Description:

• Including the following but not limited to:
• Conduct FBAs
• Oversee treatment planning
• Conduct IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff
• Organize and analyze data
• Review treatment plans
• Develop and oversee implementation ABA programs
• Communicate with funding sources
• Provide staff training

Job Qualifications:

• Master degree or higher in the education field or related field
• BCBA or BCBA-D
• LBA in Connecticut
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervision (In-home / center-based experience highly preferred)
• 3 years of Experience working with individuals with ASD

Other Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut Driver's License
• Proof of valid Car Insurance
• Good driving recor
• Must have availability in the evenings and weekends (occasionally)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
