Job Description
This is a Part-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. (Remote may be considered) The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, providing parent education, collaborating with other professionals, and monitoring progress towards goals.
Qualifications • Willingness to learn and grow as a clinician and colleague • Passion for helping kids • Experience using assessments to generate appropriate and thorough treatment plans • Experience conducting analysis of behaviors and creating behavior plans • Willingness to collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure continuity of care • Supervisory skills to provide training and oversight to behavior technicians • Effective communication and collaboration skills with parents, caregivers, and other professionals • Supervisory skills to provide guidance and oversight to behavior technicians • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst
