Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
