WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As a BCBA - Board Certified Therapist, you work within multiple schools and non-traditional environments in the Boston area to deliver high-quality ABA services to children. You work closely with our young clients, building rapport and making them feel comfortable in your care. As you implement the therapy, you document your progress and tweak your approach to best fit each client's needs. We can help train you and mentor you in the best practices, making this an excellent position to experience personal and professional growth!

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, your role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing supervision and training to support staff, and collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals with a passion for providing exceptional behavioral therapy services to children and adolescents. If this sounds like you and you can meet the requirements listed below, we need you as our Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA!
- Current BCBA certification
- LABA certification in Massachusetts
- 1 year of experience in ABA therapy
Newly certified? No problem! We're willing to train the right candidate for this role!
WORK SCHEDULE
Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule, working at 2-3 schools. You have the opportunity to work a few days per week, breaking away from the typical Monday-to-Friday routine!
