Discover a purpose-driven career at Astra ABA, where we prioritize individualized therapy for children. We're currently seeking a passionate BCBA to join our skilled team of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapists, supporting children on their journey to realizing their full potential.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas of need for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
· Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on the principles of behavior analysis.
· Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
· Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment interventions.
· Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
· Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and Autism treatment.
· Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
· Ensure all Services are performed according to the insurance regulations and Authorization and submitted for accurate and timely billing.
Required Education and Experience:
- A master's degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of child development, special education, psychology, or related field.
- Active BACB Certification, meets BACB Supervisor requirements.
- North Carolina LBA certification
- A minimum of two years’ experience working with children with Autism
- Active CPR training
· Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to lead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
