We are excited to extend our services to families in Tinley Park, Oak Forest, Mokena, and neighboring communities, delivering passionate care and unwavering support. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at Autism Care Therapy. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. This position offers a competitive rate and flexible hours, including the option for telehealth work from the comfort of your own home. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs and strengths of each child - Develop and oversee personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on evidence-based practices - Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other support staff - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care - Monitor and analyze client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis - Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering support, guidance, and resources as needed - Stay current with advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and best practices for treating individuals with ASD **Qualifications:** - Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with ASD and/or developmental disabilities - Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, including functional behavior assessment (FBA) and behavior intervention plan (BIP) development - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families - Dedication to maintaining ethical standards and upholding the principles of applied behavior analysis - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and environments - Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Illinois
