Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba) Hourly - Glendale

We are growing and hiring BCBAs in AZ! Hybrid telehealth + In-Person: In the West Valley

Hourly rate starting at $80.00 (hourly rate after 3pm $100.00) This is a Hybrid Role Telehealth + In-Person Supervision

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Parent Training.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs.
• Empower and coach parents and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments and design/implement individual treatment plans.
• Uphold the company mission, core values, and ethical standard at all times.
• Always maintain a professional relationship with clients and providers
• Manage own schedule and caseload.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information including client records (HIPAA laws), personnel information and other relevant issues.

Requirements

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Completion of BCBA supervision training
• Must be LBA in state of AZ
