Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on water pipe systems.
Collaborate with clients to understand and address their service needs effectively.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
Warehouse Operations:
Fulfill orders, assemble shipments, and prepare items for delivery.
Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods.
Travel:
Undertake overnight travel to various locations for on-site maintenance and repair projects.
Ensure timely response to emergency service calls.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed service records and document all repairs performed.
Provide accurate and timely reports on completed work.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all service operations.
Stay informed about industry safety standards and regulations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, or automotive repair roles.
Valid Class D license with a clean driving record.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to various work environments.
Willingness to travel overnight as required.
Availability for some overtime and emergency service work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
