As a BIM Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing key support to our executive team and the BIM department. Your core responsibilities will revolve around managing schedules, actively participating in BIM project coordination, engaging with clients, maintaining meticulous project documentation, and fostering collaborative efforts within the team. Responsibilities:
BIM Project Coordination:
- Support Project Managers in planning and organizing BIM projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members to gather project updates and status reports.
- Develop schedules and work with team to ensure dates are hit.
- Development of estimates and proposals, and make sure projects are staying within the scope of work.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and deliverables.
- Develop schedules and work with team to ensure dates are hit.
- Address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Development of estimates for incoming projects.
Document Management:
- Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, and other relevant records.
- Ensure proper filing and version control of project-related documents.
