POSITION TITLE: BIM Modeler
POSITION TITLE: BIM Modeler
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain BIM models for specific projects
- Work closely with design and project teams to create detailed 3D models
- Ensure models are revised as project requirements change
- Manage and store files and related documentation as needed
- Support project teams in understanding BIM models effectively
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in BIM modeling in a design or construction environment
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit Software (diploma in programs highly preferred)
- Ability to be in office, full time (no remote flexibility currently)
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field

PAY TRANSPARENCY: A reasonable estimate of the available {annual or hourly} pay scale for this position is: $65,000 - $85,000. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
