- pass a TABE (adult basic education test) with a 12.0
Position Overview:
• Basic computer skills.• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Proper phone and email etiquette..
- Must learn HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Must maintain full time hours of 40 per week M-F with some opportunity for overtime.
- Maintain productivity and departmental guidelines.
- Cross train in other areas as needed.
- Medical terminology helps but is not required.
- We will train you on the job.
- We run a schedule that allows flexibility to obtain 40 hours per week during a 50 hour work window.
