Position purpose

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

• Lead Billing Team in day-to-day operations
• Provide necessary training and retraining of staff as required
• Oversee and assist in completion of billing projects
• Complete weekly reporting
• Communicate issues as they arise to the billing supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Billing Experience Preferred

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, postal machines, etc.

Work Environment: Position will train in the corporate office and then work remotely.

Physical Requirements: Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with a Billing Team Lead such as sitting for 80 percent of the day; manual dexterity to operate office machines including computer and calculator; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete errands or deliveries, lifting up to 20 lbs. Stress can be triggered by multiple staff demands and deadlines.
Pay Range: $21 - $24 per hour
